How do credits work?
Each redesign costs credits: 1 credit for Standard quality, 2 credits for HD quality. You get 3 free credits when you sign up. Credits never expire.
How do I buy more credits?
Tap "Buy Credits" in the app. Credit packs are available in several sizes. All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Go to Settings in RoomSnap and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Why did my redesign fail?
Redesigns can occasionally fail due to high demand or network issues. Your credits are automatically refunded if a redesign fails. Try again in a few moments.
Can I use RoomSnap offline?
RoomSnap requires an internet connection to process redesigns as they use cloud-based AI models. Your Gallery also requires internet to view.
How long are my redesigns available?
Your redesigned images are stored in the Gallery for 7 days. After that, they are automatically deleted. We recommend saving any images you want to keep.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account, credits, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
