1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the RoomSnap mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RoomSnap is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to redesign room photos. Users can upload photos of their rooms, select design presets, and receive AI-generated redesigned versions of their rooms.

3. Credits and Payments

RoomSnap uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as consumable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and conditions.

• Free Credits: New users receive 3 free credits upon signing up
• Credit Packs: Additional credits can be purchased in various pack sizes through the App
• Credit Usage: Each redesign costs 1 credit (Standard quality) or 2 credits (HD quality)
• No Expiration: Purchased credits never expire and remain in your account until used
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload to the App. By using the App, you grant RoomSnap a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos using AI services solely for the purpose of providing the redesign service.

• You are responsible for the content of photos you upload
• You must not upload photos that violate any laws or third-party rights
• You must not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• RoomSnap reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate content

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Resell or redistribute content generated by the App
• Abuse or exploit the credit system
• Upload malicious content or viruses

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by RoomSnap and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

AI-generated redesign results are provided to you for personal use. While you may download and share these images, you acknowledge that they are generated using AI and may be subject to limitations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated results will meet your expectations
• The App will be compatible with all devices

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoomSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
